I have a lovely ground floor flat in winchester about 10 minutes from the train station with good links to Eastleigh, Southampton and surrounding.
Hallway - just been repainted. kitchen with space for freestanding fridge freezer. Large living room and bedroom with long windows. Bathroom with white units and smaller bath adapted for the disabled. I am currently in the process of re-decorated the entire flat to a high standard.
Pets allowed, friendly neighbours, plently of gardening spots, quiet location with easy transport links.
We have communal gardens which are maintained by the council and others in the flat, communal washing lines and communal parking to the rear of the property as well as permit parking surrounding the property in different areas. We have a local small selection of shops including a florist, newsagents and takeaways.
The flat is part of a block of only 12 flats, 6 on one side and 6 on the other joined by archways. Originally built as sheltered housing by the council the flat is slightly adapted for the disabled.
What i'm after - A large one bed gf flat with private garden would be ideal as would a 2 bed with garden. Any one or two bed flats/houses etc around the farnborough area as long as its within 25mins of travelling by car to the town centre will be considered. MUST have at least one allocated parking space.
Please note I have only recently moved into this property and will not be looking to move until after christmas, I love this flat and the only reason for moving is to get a bit closer to my partners work place. Will also consider other places around winchester if they have private garden.
