i have a good size 3 bed house in birchwood area of hatfield hertfordshire. 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and good size landing. downstairs is hallway, living room 12'11"x12' - dining room 9'10"x8'3" - kitchen 9'8"x7'11" then rear hall with door to back garden ( mainly grass +patio + 2 sheds. then 3rd reception room - used as playroom at moment but could be bedroom no. 4 or office etc without giving up your dining room.
