 hi i have a 3 bed house in kingstanding birmingham about 2 miles from sutton park, i live in a busy area with lots to do, close to all amenities,
i have a 3 bed house with 2 double bedrooms 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower, two real cosy living rooms with fireplace, one used as living/diner, kitchen with pine units, 8x8 veranda with seating, pretty enclosed gardens back and front, with shed and garage,
its a great friendly area with lots to do,
but its to big for us now, and we are looking for something smaller somewhere quieter in derbyshire areas,
we would like enclosed garden, dining area would be nice, and drive or garage would be advantage,
looking in derbyshire areas, not derby town, or high peak
