we have a 2 bedroom bungalow in codicote, 7 miles south of hitchin, it is in a quiet cul de sac with front and back gardens and about 5 minutes walk from the village shops. we are looking for a 2 bedroom house or bungalow in letchworth or baldock, as most of our family live there. we would consider a 2 bedroom flat in a quiet area and not in a block.

We have a 1st floor two bed maisonette in Western Way, Letchworth. Two good size bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with great view. Are interested in your property as we are looking for a two bed with garden.

Hi Maxine, we would be interested but have been told we cannot swap to a house as we got this bungalow on health grounds, also we can only swap with someone 55 or over. Many thanks for your interest, I wish it could have worked,

have a two bedroom flat in Hemel Hempstead. The flat is quite spacious. Large lounge. One big bedroom and the other fits my double bed in it. nice size kitchen. Down a lovely quiet road. I cant seem to find an exchange within Herts as no one wants to move out - so i have to look further afield. I have my two son in the same room but my eldest is really jelouse and keeps my youngest awake nearly every night. If interested i have photos i can email you.
