2 Bed Ground Floor Flat in Manor Farm Bristol. Good Sized rooms,
quiet location, Your own gardens to front and rear. Close to Horefiled common, so Sports centre very near. Tesco's Golden Hill only 5 mins walk, 2 min drive. Close to bus routes. Clean and tidy flat. Local Doctors 5min walk and local dentist only 10 min walk.
Please Note: This flat has had its bathroom adaptded for wheelchair use, so its has been made bigger and into a shower wet room without a bath.

This is as good a council flat as it gets really, and I can be contacted for floor plan and photos on request.

I am Looking to swap for a 2 bed property with own garden anywhere on the outskirts of bristol. Would consider any reasonable offer.
I do not need any adaptations however.
