I have a lovely 1 bedroom bungalow in Addiscombe; Croydon, Surrey.
It has a nice front and rear garden and is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to shops, doctors, tram, bus, East Croydon railway station and post office.

I seek a 1 or 2 bed bungalow, house or ground floor flat in Suffolk; preferably towards the east side - from Ipswich in the south to as far as Beccles / Lowestoft in the north.
