i have a lovely 2 bed flat in a beautifull part of bristol called frenchey, in stapleton, trendlewood park.
its close to local shops,public transport to city centre. schools hospital and doctors. in a lovely rural part very quiet and pretty. great community feel. very clean and happy. 5 mins from parks, snuff mils and walk by the river.
close to m4, m5, and m32.
has 2 bedrooms good sized balcony
own private parking space and a garage big enough for a car or lots of storage.
on the second floor of a three floored private perpouse built block.
very clean with own care taker.

reason for exchange...gutted..but work and family matters.

WANTED. im look for a 2/1 bed place in london. preff...west london north london, north west london etc. but all areas considerd. open to offers!
