| I have a semi-detatched 2 bedroom house on a council estate in Guildford. It has a 18ft x 10.5ft lounge, downstairs bathroom which a personally adore with a shower, toilet and washhand basin and w.c. Having the bathroom downstairs leaves maximum room upstairs for my two good sized bedrooms. One room being 16ft x 10ft with built in double wardrobes and slighty smaller back bedroom being 12ft x 10ft in size. This house is in a quiet street situated on an end with massive garden back and side. Good extension potential. Very close to local amenities like schools, shops, university, hospital and 20 minutes walk away from a lively entertaining historical town. Modern storage heaters and double glazed windows, large outside shed and easy access to garages. |
