Hello, my name is Zoe and I have a large 2 bedroom house in Harefield Village.
I am looking to move to a large 3 or 4 bed house, preferably coastal or rural area.

My House:

Upstairs
======

Very big master bedroom which at the moment has a kingsize water bed with bedside cabinets, 2 junior beds, dressing table, single wardrobe and arm chair with plenty floor space left. There is also a walk in wardrobe and airing cupboard. Stripped wood floor.

Bedroom 2 is also a double room but not as big as the master bedroom. It has a king size bed and bedside cabinet, 2 storage units for TV, playstations and stereo etc and a corner wardrobe. Stripped wood floor.

Large bathroom/toilet.

Downstairs.
========
Front door to stairs and door to right into
Good size living room with lovely fireplace and living coal gas fire. Stripped wood floor.

Large kitchen with store cupboard and loads of cupboards and drawers in units. Lots of work suface.
Very spacious and currently has dining table and 4/6 chairs. Laminate flooring.
Hall from kitchen with downstairs toilet and back door to rear garden.

Outside.
=====

Front shingled garden with small pond and centre square flower bed.
Driveway to side for 4 cars.

Huge Back garden, mainly lawn with wooden shed and children's play house at far end.
Between these is a gate to green park behind which has an enclosed area with swings etc for small children.

The Area.
======

My postcode is UB9 6AY.
My house is at the south end of the village, close to lakes, woods, canal and farmland. There is a small parade of shops close by with post office,cab office, Londis and a new Chip shop.

The village high street has a good selection of shops, takeaways and restaurants. Good nursery, infants and primary schools. The new Harefield academy is also in the village. There is a village hall, library, dentist and medical centre. A lovely village green with duck pond and resident nesting swans. There is an enclosed children's play area.
At the north end of the village is the famouse Harefield Heart Hospital.

Good transport links to Uxbridge, Denham, Northwood, Ruislip and surrounding areas.
A40 motorway into central London is 30/40 minute drive. Tube links to London from Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Ickenham, all 10 minutes away with regular bus service. Bus stops at end of my street.

I am looking for a minimum of 3 bedrooms in either house or bungalow with garden.
Hoping for coastal area but rural would also be of interest. Prefer south but any area considered if the house is right.
