Multi Swap
I Am Looking To Move To Kent, London Or Brighton Areas.
I Have A Lady In West Sussex Who Wants To Move To Mine In Liverpool.
So We’re Looking For Someone In Kent, London Or Brighton With A 2 Bedroom House Who Wants To Move To West Sussex.
She Has a 2 Bed House In Southwater Near Horsham. It Has A Big Front Garden And A Large Back Garden. The Front Room Is A Nice Size With Patio Doors As Well As Front Windows So Very Light And Airy. Also Has Laminate Flooring. The Main Bedroom Is Quite Large With Skylight As Well As Front Windows The Smaller Bedroom Could Fit A Double Bed In But At A Push.
The Area Is Very Lovely… Its In A Large Cul-De-Sac Which Consists Of About 12 Houses, Very Clean And Safe Area. Close To Shops, Doctors as Well As Schools.

| Hi we have a 2 bedroom house in henfield west sussex its only a 20 min drive to brighton, the property has double bedrooms 2x wc gas central heating front & rear garden, its 3yr old property in a quiet cul-de-sac of about 30 propertys close to all shops & schools. Is this of any interest ? |

2 bed flat on offer. Heating and hot water included in rent. Views of the sea from lounge and kitchen.
Balcony. Parking. At start/end of bus route. 5 mins from marina.
Looking for a house in surrounding area. Willing to pay costs.
Any good to anyone in the multi swap?
