Large 3 bedroomed eot town house. little close of 11 houses h/a , RTA, property is 4 years old
Front drive, GCH, D/G Front & Back Gardens

close to shops, schools, leisure centre, post office, hospital, everything really only 2 miles from croydon town centre

Groundfloor
Hallway, which leads to a hall cupboard, toilet, kitchen fitted kicthen lots of cupboard space, and front room leading to garden, all of downstairs has been laminated.

All bedrooms are of double size

First floor
Master bedroom, airing cupboard, bathroom and toilet and 2nd bedroom, all this floor is laminated also except all the stairs and landings.
Stairs and landing have been laid with thick weaved carpet cream colour with beigey bits in it

Everyroom has been decorated nicely with mostly neutral colours, and laminated

IM LOOKING for a 3 or 3/4 bed house heading south i have lived in londn 33 years and want a change and come out of London
