Ground floor Victorian conversion - spacious, one-bed, garden flat in sought-after area of north London (Crouch End, N . On a hill with views clear to Alexandra Palace. HA, CH, neutral decor. 10 mins walk Crouch End village. 20 mins Kings Cross.
Need to relocate to North Tyneside for family reasons. Need similar, quality conversion, pref with garden (will consider without if good property in right area). Require at least one bedroom. Prefer nicer suburbs of Newcastle, or coastal areas such as Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, some areas of North Shields. |
