3 bed semi irthlingborough for 3/4 bed please

hi, we have a nice 3 bed semi on a private estate in irthlingborough. we have a small hallway, lounge (with stairs in) dining room with patio doors to garden, seperate kitchen. 2 double bedrooms and one single and bathroom upstairs. all laminate floors downstairs. large driveway and reasonable size garden. nice neighbours, good schools etc. reason wanting to move is just we need more room as have 4 children aged between 3-16. would prfer to stay local but all offers considered. thank you liz
