I have a large 2 double bedroomed house in Hemel Hempstead, d/g, gch,
small back garden and off road parking for 2 cars. Downstairs WC and upstairs bathroom. Good decorative order, new kitchen due summer 2007.
I would like a 2 bed property of similar condition and facilities, preferably a house but would consider flat/maisionette. Thank you for looking.

I have a 2 bed ground floor flat located in west Milton Keynes ( grange farn).

Its a newly developed area (i have been here 3 years), the shops and schools are literally across the road!, there are 3 community play areas and its a really lovely and friendly area to live in. There is a local bus service that runs every 20 mins and takes you to and from the shopping centre.

Right now that i got all that out of the way let me tell you about my flat!

its a 2 bedroomed flat on the ground floor, it has a bathroom and a large galley style kitchen, the bedrooms are of reasonable size and even though there isnt a garden, there is greenery all around and a little patch just outside the living room bay windows. the property is very safe and secure, to gain entry is via the intercom system. Its a housing association property and the rent is 59.00 per week. I have my own parking space and the property is fully double glazed....it has combi boiler and gas central heating and is perfect for someone wanting to move to a nice area with everything close by. I am searching for a 2 or 3 bedroom house, in a good area where i can park my car and not worry that the wheels are going to disappear by the next morning!!! It must have a garden and a place to park and also be near to local school, amenties etc

if you have any other questions please dont hesitate to email me
