A lovely 3bed on Surrey/Croydon border .

Hi all
I have a lovely 3bed eot and i have 2 large rooms and a small 1 , but u can fit chest of draws in it and a wardrobe .
I also have a seperate toilet from the bathroom
The lounge is quite large and the kitchen has a utility room off it .
There is plenty of parking spaces outside the front door and i have shops , doctors , schools, chemist and a public house, all within 4mins walk and secondary schools within 10/15mins walk .
Im in an ideally place for central london due to the fact that im actually on the outskirts and its easy for transport 2 london .

I would like a 3bed in the Eastbourne, Hastings, Bexhill area of East Sussex . Also would like to be near shops and schools

A lovely 3bed on the Surrey / Croydon border and it’s on an estate in a cul-de-sac
The house is end of terrace and is also near shops and schools.
The house also has good security on all doors and windows.
Room sizes are as follows;

B/room 1 12ft 5
8ft 6

B/room2 13ft 7
11ft 5

B/room 3 8ft 5
7ft 5

Bathroom 5ft 8
5ft 5

Toilet 5ft 8
2ft 4

Kitchen 10ft 3
8ft 8

Lounge 19ft 10
10ft 5

5ft .

As you can see I have a separate toilet, the house is fully carpeted and the central heating is fine, also all windows are double glazed, it’s council and it also has the right to buy.
The distance into London is only half an hour to an hour.
The distance from the house to the shops is only 10/15mins
The buses run roughly every 10 / 15mins on the estate and goes into Bromley and Croydon.
The distance to the schools are only 10/15mins in a car or on a bus, but
Walking takes a little longer.
I have a medium-size garden (30ft by 25 roughly)
Parking outside the house is big and available.

I would like a 3bed in any of the towns mentioned
Hastings
Bexhill
Eastbourne (due to the fact that I have family there)
Not fussy as to what the house looks like, ive been waiting nearly 4yrs.
