1st floor flat, clean and very economical to run, DG, GCH, demand boiler, residents off-st. parking with free permit, trees all round and shared gardens. Peaceful non-estate location, a 'good' suburb, 1.76miles to town, good buses, train st. 10 mins walk, close to Holmfirth, Leeds, Manchester, The Peak District.
Huddersfield is up and coming and has a prestigious uni, good employment prospects and good social facilities.

I would like to live within reasonable travelling distance of Oxford city centre as I have had a f/t job offer. Council or H.A.
I come from Oxfordshire, came here to get degree - time to move back.
Would consider owt wi 1 bedroom!
