Hi

I have a 3 bedroom semi detached in a village called St Cyrus, near Montrose). This village has its own primary, nursery, playgroup,local hotel, shop/po, village hall etc. etc. My house has

1 x living room
1 x downstairs toilet
1 x single bedroom
dining room
kitchen
2 x double bedrooms
1 x bathroom
electric central heating
own driveway
back and front garden
5 mins from beach and cliffs

I would like to move either outskirts of Dundee or Edinburgh

I live in the smalll village of polbeth about 18 miles from edinburgh 20 mins on m8, 2 miles from Livingston with its new large discount shopping complex, their is also a train station going direct to edinburgh or glasgow.
my house is semi detached side drive way 2 bedrooms, new kitchen, new bathroom with shower and bath. Front and back door well kept garden next to small swing park for kids, the house was built in early 70s and is in excellent condition. Im looking for a 3 bedroom near coast, as long as house is in good condition .[/quote]
