4bed exchange downsize to 3 bed

hi all,
i have a large 4 bed house in bradford i am wanting to downsize to a large 3 bed house in bradford or surrounding areas.
My house comprises of living room with marble fireplace, cornice and dado, dinning room with fully tiled floor, paneling, cornice and dado and french style windows, kitchen with fully tiled floor, shower room and toilet with fully tiled floor and paneling floor to ceiling, fully enclosed and tiled shower, hallway fully tiled and paneled,staircase with follow through paneling, airing cupboard at top of stairs, 4 large bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. Gardens to front side and rear all fully enclosed with shed full length and attached to side of house, all fully alarmed, gch and double glazed.

i am looking to downsize due to family grown up, to a large 3 bed house preferably with dinning room or good sized dinning kitchen as i have a large dinning suite, and 3 good sized bedrooms and if possible a toilet down stairs as well as up, also essential is good size gardens

was wondering where about s in bradford you live, i live near horsforth leeds 16 just on the out skirt s of bradford, i am from bradford mi self orginally thank s tracey...
