1 BED FLAT IN BEDFORD FOR A 1/2 BED IN LONDON/WITHIN M25

we live in a ground floor 1 bed flat off goldington road in bedford. the flat is located in a lovely clean and quiet area of bedford - almost on the outskirts.

the flat is situated in a six flat block, with 2 flats on each floor. greenery surrounds the flat. off road parking in bays.
security - individual entryphone system to the block.

large entrance hallway with bedroom, bathroom and three cupboards leading off.

one cupboard is actually large enough to be used as a second half bedroom except it has no window and a meter on the wall. i am currently using it as a walk in wardrobe (luxurious!). the smaller cupboard can be used as a cloakroom and the third is a separate bolier cupboard.
the kitchen is accessed via the living space area.

the bedroom is a good size with enough room for a king size bed, 2 double wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and plenty of walk space.

standard bathroom with window. ample floor space for standing storage unit. good size bath.

living space area is long and large. will fit 3 piece suite easily and display units. we currently have a table and 4 chairs at one end near the kitchen.

kitchen is average sized enough to take necessary white goods. gas/electric cooker fittings, plumbing for washing machine and enough room for fridge freezer. larder cupboard and seven other standard cupboards.

we would like to move to london, herts or within the m25 area. we would even consider cambridge as it has good motorway links to london.
