1 bedroom maisonette in the stone cross of west bromwich it has single glazing windows front and back and upvc doors and full cental heating it also has a small garden area, car parking space and communal gardens.i am on the ground floor with own entrance door

it is a great maisonette i have a large bed settee in the lounge witch is a great help when you have people staying over.
it is great for someone who would like to move closer to there family or down size most of the residence are in there late 50's to early 80's and most of the maisonette are privately owned

train to the city 8 mins
bus to west bromwich,walsall,wednesbury,morrision supermaket

Location

you are a 5 min walk to sandwell hospital
to 2 min walk to stone cross shopping area
{includes}24hr tesco, spar,Lloyds Chemist, Firkins cake, greggs the bakers, hairdressers william hill betting shop, post office, fruit and veg and that just the main shops

Health

there is 3 doctors and 2 dentist 3 Lloyds Chemist in the village all 2 min walking distances there is even a very good home Call Chiropodist service who call round the area {very good}!
