Offered one bedroom ground floor flat Tiverton, Devon for anything rural with garden, from Oxfordshire down to Cornwall, for a three way exchange.

I am looking for any type of house, bungalow, flat, maisonette with a private garden in any rural or semi rural location from as far up as Oxford or Gloucestershire all the way down to Cornwall. But not on an estate. Prefer older property.

A persoon in Tiverton, Devon wants my place in London. She has a large one bedroom ground floor flat with an extra small room big enough for a study. The garden surrounds her building but it is communal. Her location is beautiful.
