this is a split level flat. there is a commual garden and a dog walk garden. there is own use of a good size shed. although there is no own use of garden the outside walkway/hallway is large and we have pot plants there as well as sit out there in the summer. the bedroom is a good size as we have a large king size bed, there is large fitted wardrobes. the kitchen is smallish but still lots of room plus there is a big larder. the living room is a good size. the hallway carpet is new and the bathroom has just had new tiles round the bath, new electric shower put in, a new loo and new flooring. there is also a big storage cupboard. 5mins walk to tufnell park tube and approx 15mins bus into kings cross, euston, camdon road, hornsey, wood green all within 20mins bus. 15min walk to holloway road.
if unsure just ask.
would like 2 bedrooms but 1 is ok. need to be as close to edmonton as we can but wouldn't rule out nearby areas. if we could have everying we wanted it would be a 2 bed ground floor with own use of outdoor space. however, this is not likely to happen so the location best for us is close to edmonton and would therefore consider no outdoor space and not ground floor, but if there is a 2 bed place on offer then we would look a little further afield. if your not sure ask. if its not the ground floor thats ok but must have a lift. without a lift no higher then 1st floor. would do a 3 way swap if needed. |
