hi,
i have a 1 bed ground floor flat in a town called biggleswade, bedfordshire, england.
the flats on this estate are about 10 years old, at a guess. it is a good sized flat.
the flats look like houses, in their apperance. there are 8 in this small cluster.
there is a big garden at the back which is shared by all 8 flats.
there is a small front garden that you can take over, if you wish. if not the gardener does it.
there is a small playground in the area.
there are shops just up the road with a paypoint in the spar shop. also some take away places.
the living room goes straight through to the kitchen.
the bedroom can have a small double bed and a few other items near the wall and can have shelves.
the airing cubard has the water tank inside and 1 shelf and floor space.
the living room can have a 3 seater and a table near the wall for eating at.
the flat is all ready installed with virgin media, as i use that.
no cats or dogs allowed, have to ask pemishion for pets enless fish.

if you want to grow fruit and veg, there are allotments just up the road. you would have to go to the old court house near the train station to apply for 1 plot of land, which you pay a years rent on.

WANTED
