2 bed bournemouth dorset bh5 seeks 2/3 bed dorset

hi,
is there any one out there who wants too downsize as we have a 2 bed ground floor flat with own entrance in a seperate block of 4, very nice quiet neighbours, communal garden, off road car park, very close to pokesdown train station, bus stop just round corner, there are schools within easy walking distance.
our flat has 2 good sized double bedrooms with built in wardrobes,
a very nice kitchen with breakfast bar and extra cupboards we have put in ourselves you can have either gas or electric cooker installed, front room is an ok size but not as big as i would like or need,
there is a bathroom which has bath, shower, sink, toilet,
there is a airing cupboard in hallway and also a small storage room in hallway,
we very rarely have to put heating on on as flat is nice n warm there are radiators in every room the electric is paid with a electric key and the gas is with a gas card which you can pay at one stop just round corner or any where that does paypoint,
we have permission to have pets as we have own front door and it is essential we have the same where we move too as we have pets of our own.
