| Pictures are available, We have a very nice 2 bedroom bungalow, its in a village called Twyford, which is in Adderbury, Banbury, Oxfordshire. Located right on the M40. To my knowledge this is a very low (NO) crime area, and its located in the countryside with the back garden overlooking fields and countryside. The only noise you will hear here is the sound of church bells and bird song, so if you are looking for some peace and quiet then you have found it. The property has laminated wood floors, a recently fitted bathroom, but not a council one, which includes a shower cubicle, but there is no bath, this can be added instead of a shower as there was one before. The kitchen is also pretty new and again not council fitted. We have a good sized front and back garden, there is a shed (built by previous tenant) needs a coat of wood preserve, but its large with electricity, a summerhouse - wood preserve again, and a greenhouse. Driveway to the front. Great neighbours, no children hanging around anywhere, youd think they didnt exist. All rooms are good sizes for 2 people, and the house is in good decorative order and looked after. Family in Ely, Cardiff so happy to move there, in or around the Grand Avenue area, also looking at Cornwall as near to the sea as possible. Penzance area preferred but will look at other places if they are near the sea and have nice views. Able to decorate tho would appreciate a place in good order, want 2 or 3 bedroom bungalow or house preferably, no flats or maisonettes. Require a garden for the dogs with a secure boundary. There is a local village shop here but realistically you need a car, Banbury Town Centre is 4 miles away, lots of supermarkets etc. This is a pretty sort after area because its very clean and tidy, its a no trouble area with lots of older people living here and as I said its the countyside. If youd like to get in touch please email artinc8@aol.com or PM etc. Thanks |
