we have a ground floor, two bedroom maisonette with small garden.
gas central heating, pvc windows, large green with childrens play area to the rear and large grass area with railings to secure at the front. we have been here for five years but due to having our third child are now pushed for space.
rent p/w £57.55
council tax p/m £91
we are looking for a three bed house with garden in south glos area or anywhere close to kingswood, hanham etc as our children go to school there

we are looking to move to the south glos area kingswood, hanham, longwell green etc if there is a multi swap which can incorporate those areas then we would be interested
just to let you know the council have increased our rent to 67 pounds a week and the council tax has gone up to 99 pounds a month
