i have a 2 bedroom masionette in hitchin. has fairly new fitted kitchen,bathroom and a new front door (july 2007). has laminated flooring through out property except kitchen, bathroom and stairs. 1 very large bedroom and the other reasonably sized which has built in cupboard/ wardrobe. has a large living room with enough space for 3 seater an 2 seater or arm chair, table & four chairs and other furniture. lots of storage space including loft and private shed. 1 minute walk from the local nursery and junior school and 3 minutes from local take away and shops. has great parking facilities and communal area. good public transport with bus services running every 12 minutes. 15/20 minute walk from the centre of town. rent is 78.97 per week.

i am looking for a 2/3 bedroom house/bugalow or ground floor flat with private garden, within hertfordshire but not stevenage. will also consider luton beds and southend-on-sea. property must have a garden.
