[b]I have a lovely 2 bedroom flat with small balcony over looking the quiet tree-lined street in St Johns Wood.
My Flat is...
*5 minutes walk from St Johns Wood station (Jubiliee Line)
*Excellent bus routes (direct to Victoria, Oxford Street, Camden, Islington, Hampstead Heath, Etc!)
*Close to all amenities, Church Park at one end of the street, Post Office, Library, Doctors around the corner.
*Easy Walking distance to Regents Park, Primrose Hill, London Zoo, Lords Cricket Ground, Cinema, Sports Centre, Camden, Baker Street, Marylebone, Swiss Cottage.
***VERY BEAUTIFUL AND SAFE AREA TO LIVE****
Flat is within a nice looking small block, Not Estate, Large well maintained lawn out the front, Private flats opposite.
*2 Double Bedrooms (1 large, 1 smaller) Both with large built in wardrobes and cupboards.
*Large Living Room, with feature fireplace though full c/h throughout, hatch doors looking through to kitchen, Big Sash Windows, Balcony door is in this room
*Flat also comes with a Shed on ground floor next to residents only parking area. (Large enough for bicycles or a motorbike)
Been very happy here for over 10 years, sadly must now move as needing 3 or 4 bedrooms,
Ideally would like Egham, Bracknell, Guildford, Camberley
Must be near train station
***AM OPEN TO MULTIS OR SUGGESTIONS***

Hi, Thank you very much for your enquiry, unfortunately we need to be closer to Worthing, and if a flat must be ground floor due to disability, with a garden.
I wish you all the best in your search.
If you would like me to keep your home in mind should another possibility arrise im happy to do so.
