I have a lovely 2 bedroom flat, with balcony over looking this quiet tree-lined street in St Johns Wood, NW8. Seeking 2 bed house in N.Devon to complete a solid 3-way.
My flat is

Flat is within a nice looking small block, Not Estate, Large well maintained lawn out the front, Private flats opposite.
*2 Double Bedrooms (1 large, 1 smaller) Both with large built in wardrobes and cupboards.
*Large Living Room, with feature fireplace though full c/h throughout, hatch doors looking through to kitchen, Big Sash Windows, Balcony door is in this room
