2 bed 'new' flat wants exchange!

I have a 2 bed flat in Camberley Surrey and am looking for a 2 bed with a garden in Camberley, frimley, mytchett will consider other surrounding areas.

I have a 2 bedroom HA 2nd floor flat which was built under a year ago in a non estate location in central Camberley. It is in a sought after location with off road private parking and attractive communal gardens. It is a 2 minute walk to the town centre and train/bus stations so excellent commuter links to London, Guildford and Reading. There are a number of good quality schools and nurseries in the area.

The front door opens onto landing with a door off to a fully tiled brand new bathroom suite in white with power shower in bath.

Both bedrooms are of double size with one having a double built in wardrobe.

There is a large storage cupboard off the hallway and a large lounge which is big enough to use as diner also. The kitchen is a good size with many cupboards including a tall cupboard, there is space for a f/f and cooker and it already has a washer/dryer which is included.

As this is a new build all the rooms are carpeted with a fawn coloured carpet and everything is under guarantee still until June.

Please note I have a 6 year old son with adhd so a garden is a definite must have. I will consider properties in any of the above areas or mulitswaps.
