I am looking for a 2 bed with own garden in Hertfordshire from Old Town Stevenage onwards, Mid Bedfordshire (not Luton or Broadwater area of Stevenage), or coastal property in Essex, Kent, Sussex or:
a one bedroom + own Garden in Hampstead, Highgate, Primrose Hill, Gospel Oak, Kentish Town localities in Camden.
Offering a well presented and maintained two double bedroom flat in quiet part of Camden NW5 - new photos added 30 March 08.
Rent includes gas, heating and water rates is £105 per month.
Good direct transport routes - bus or tube - to the City and Centre along with all mainline stations - 10/15 minutes to the new Eurostar at St Pancras.
I am within walking distance of Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents Park (including London Zoo) so plenty of green space around.
Other local activities include - Swimming centres; local Brownie/Girl Guide group, Community Centre(s) running programmes for older children/teenagers, Canoe Club, City Farm where you can both learn to ride and stable horse(s); Nature Reserve, football pitches; various sports centres etc for children and adults.
Good Ofsted nationally recognised local primary and secondary schools. (Gospel Oak Primary, St Dominic's, Williams Ellis Secondary School for Boys, Camden School for Girls, La Sainte Union)
As mentioned property is two double bedroom flat 2nd floor flat with south facing balcony, large enough for 2 chairs and a table plus plant pots and baskets, in a quiet Grade II listed building of sixty four, mostly two bedroom flats within a private secure courtyard. Property has Right to Buy - I would, if possible like to retain my RTB , but this is not a priority, the garden is. Note: We are not in the Congestion Zone.
Flat is on one level, doubled glazed throughout, with both secure street and door entry system. Recently redecorated in neutral colours along with new carpets and internal doors; consists of kitchen/diner (connections for either gas or electric cookers) tiled bathroom with new bath and shower, front room with "bay" windows . Note I have been told that my photos don't do justice to how big the flat actually is so please bear that in mind, also second bedroom is now empty, redecorated and used as spare room.
I am looking for a 2 bedroom house or bungalow with its own garden in Hertfordshire from Old Town Stevenage onwards, or Mid Bedfordshire or coastal property in Essex, Kent, Sussex - I may consider a one bedroom if in right location; (sorry not Luton or Broadwater area of Stevenage). I want to be away from main shopping areas, pubs, schools etc, but close to transport for commuting purposes. Interested in areas such as Biggleswade, Hitchin, Arlesey, Letchworth, Sandy, Baldock, certain parts of Bedford, Brighton, etc.
Or a one bedroom with own garden in Hampstead, Highgate, Primrose Hill, Gospel Oak, Kentish Town localities in Camden.
Please note I am not interested in areas prior to Old Stevenage and not interested in Luton or the Broadwater area of Stevenage.
FAO: Timewasters - Please be aware that I have lived in Camden for 20+ years so know where I want and where I don't want, likewise my sisters have lived in Herts/Mid Beds for 20 + years and I have worked there so again know the area very well.
Finally do not offer me 3 bedrooms as I CANNOT take it - will do multi swaps with SERIOUS multiswappers!
Sorry no flats or large estates and property must have own garden.
