Offerring: 2 Bed Semi Detached House on Council Estate in Rochdale. Newly decorated to a high standard of modern taste. Newly carpeted throughout in for well over £1200. Pet free and non smokers, shoes never worn in house, so carpets are expetionally clean. Gardens to front and rear.

10 Min bus ride to Rochdale Town centre. 5 min car ride to Train station. Routes from train station include Manchester/Leeds/Bradford etc and all the little places in between. Routes to main cities take approx 45min.

There is a brand new school at the bottom of the estate about a 10 min walk away or less than 5 mins in car. Excellent exam results.

LOOKING FOR:
2/3 Bed house/bungalow/maisonnette anywhere really. Would prefer to move near to Portsmouth, to be nearer to family, but as I say I am open to all options.
