2 bed terrace 5 minutes from the sea to Derbyshire

We have a 2 bed terrace house (in a row of 4). It is in a village in St Austell, Cornwall. We are on a housing association estate which is not rough like some can be. Most of the houses have had new bathrooms, kitchens and been bricked on the outside. Ours is still waiting to be bricked but is scheduled for this year sometime. We live 5 minutes drive from St Austell Bay & the Eden Project. Newquay is about 15 mins drive and Truro about 30 - 40 mins drive away. In our village there is a shop and post office, chip shop and a social club. Theres good transport into town and surrounding areas. There is also a school within walking distance which caters for primary school aged children. They also have a purpose built nursery / breakfast & after school club. The rooms sizes in our house are very good. We have just had new floor in kitchen and laminate in the living room. Back garden is about 30ft x 18ft which has new turf and fence. We also have a patio area for bbqs and a raised decking area. We do have pics and the link is below. We are looking for a 2 or 3 bed house in Derbyshire. The main areas are Ashby, Donisthorpe, Swadlincote, Measham or Oakthorpe. We are open to other villages around these areas though so please ask. More info can be given upon request.
