newly laid wood floor
nice neighbours
buzzer intercom main door very safe locks behind you
front door is fire proof doors
commnal garden on shed with own key for back shed
shed next to front door also
washing lines are in the garden for all tenants to use
very nice area
close to all shops schools doctors and too train stations one line goes direct 5 stops in to barking the other line goes further out |

hi would you be interested in a 2 bed maisonette in Norwich with own garden near all amenities decorated laminated flooring all around carpet on the stairs the main bedroom is large double and the other is double its a nice cozy house the rent is 61.17 including water off road parking garage available across the road optional we have one and you can see it from the house the only reason for our move is to be close to elderly mum who needs support please get back to me with a yes or no answer on sheila_miah1@yahoo.co.uk or 07950645158 thanks.
