2 Bedroom 1st floor flat

I have a 2 Bedroom flat in Tilbury highrise and would like to exchange for any other 2 bedroom property, The flat has a security building which leads into the flats. The flat itself is a good size but needs some work doing to it, not a great deal but we are willing to help out if there is something you are not happy with. The flat is in a central location and is a 10 min walk from the train station which goes straight through to Fenchurch street. Also close to schools and shops and there is a regular bus route which runs through.
