Hi there,

I am looking to exchange and move to east Sussex as my daughter is now living there. I have a 3 bedroom house, back and front gardens (well kept and tended) Two double sized bedrooms and one single sized. I have a downstairs lavatory and nice size bathroom. My house is nicely decorated and looked after. I also have a fitted kitchen and it is very big (can fit 6 seater dining table in easily)
The house is in Peckham (Southwark) in a lovely street. I have lived here for 24 years and will be sad to leave... Please contact me if you are interested or want further details.
Kind regards
Rosie

Hi ya, i'm assisting my in-laws to move closer to relatives in E.Sx( they not great with internet!). your property sounds perfect!. Where on coast are you? They have a two bed semi cottage in West Kingsdown (brands Hatch) Fantastic semi rural location, excellent access to motorway, london etc. Very large rear garden , front garden with driveway for 2 cars. Around 10 miles to Dartford and the BlueWater Stores. If you want to live in a beutiful semi rural location, just minutes from Brands Hatch racing Circuit, You will get a free pass to the circuit if you live in this area. This is a none estate position. We would also prefer a none estate position in exchange. Please reply!!

Cheers
