2 bedroom house on barton oxford

hi we have a large 2 bedroom house on barton oxford, one room big enough to convert into a 3, council have done this to alot of properties up our road we have had no need to, but can be done at your request.

the house is 4 levels high with private drive and garden, garden requires some work as you can see by pictures also the house could do with a lick of paint and carpets down in the bedrooms, but everyone like to add there own touch! we pulled them up on request of someone we were moving with and then they pulled out! and havent had time or funds to replace as just had a new born baby!

the area has local school, shops, post office, drs, swimming pool, council office and a fantastic chippy or if you fancy it mc donalds!

we are looking for a min of 2 bedroom but would love a 3 as i have just had a boy so would like him to have his own room rather than sharing with my daughter! with garden as we have an alaskan malamute dog who fussy about weeing whilst walking!lol open to offers but like to stay around oxford as daughter now settled in school.

i can offer a 2 bedroom large flat with own garden including sheds in littlemore oxford as a 3 way!
