2 bedroom mansionette in westminster w2

hi,
i have a 2 bedroom mansionette in w2 westminster in the beginning of harrow road (council) . gp in walking distance, shops and good public transport. kitchen has been done in august 2007 and is brand new, the house is in very good condition very clean and nicelly decorated.
the flat has a good large sized balcony, 2 good sized bathroom and toilet and bathroom seperated, good sized kitchen and living room and there is a a storage place under the stair.
at the moment they are modernising the outside of the building and seeing from all the other buildings that are already done it is looking really nice! new alluminium double glazed windows will be installed very shortly to.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house with garden only, would like in east london although might consider other area's too, i am also intrested in birmingham.
