Hi there - would anyone like to exchange their two bedroomed bungalow/cottage/house or ground floor flat in Bognor/Littlehampton/Worthing or Brighton or within a ten mile radius of any of the above areas for a lovely two bedroomed bungalow within minutes of the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace, Richmond, Kingston and the M3 motorway is approximately five minutes from the bungalow and the A3 motorway approx ten minutes, main line station is five minutes and all ameneties within five minutes of the bungalow. Lovely medium sized back garden and a nice big lawn to the front. The bungalow is semi detached in a very nice road, not on an estate. Large lounge and master bedroom, second bedroom is big enough for a double futon for guests or a single bed with wardrobe and drawers or to use as a dining room. Nice sized kitchen with breakfast bar and lots of cupboard space. Double glazed and centrally heated, plenty of parking and there is also a garage just around the corner from the bungalow. This is for people over the age of fifty, also the bathroom is a good size and has been made into a walk in shower room.
