Hi,

I'm looking to exchange from a 2 bedroomed flat to a 2/3 bedroomed house. The flat has 24 hour security, car park facility with cctv monitoring 24 hours, both gas and electricity, radiators in every room, double glazed, enclosed balcony, good storage areas, lovely neighbours, excellent views, recently decorated, excellent access to shops, bus routes, train stations, schools, nurseries etc in South Birmingham Kings Norton. Please message me with any further quieries as would like to move asap as I would really like a garden. I am looking for a house only within the south Birmingham area.
