We have a 2 dbl bed conversion in Camden NW1. Top (2nd) floor in a Georgian crescent overlooking gardens. Good size bedrooms and living room, separate bathroom and toilet, small kitchen. Clean and well maintained flat. Very nice neighbours. RTB (most of the flats in the crescent are privately owned)

Excellent transport links - 5 mins to St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston. 5 mins to multiple bus routes. Walking distance to the West end, Camden Lock and Regents Park. Close to primary and secondary schools, Doctors, dentist, local shops 1 min round the corner (Post office, Londis, Chemist, Dry Cleaners)

Would like a 2 bedroom property - garden essential

We are looking to move to the Harwich/Tendring/Clacton area of Essex to be nearer to family, possibly consider south Suffolk? My mum lives in Dovercourt so anywhere within easy travelling distance will be considered. I have a young child so near to primary school would be helpful.
