2 Double bed flat in large Victorian converted house

Hiya..... we have a two double bedroom conversion flat in a Victorian house in Wandsworth Melody road. It is over two floors and we are just doing it up as it needs a bit of TLC.we have just put in a large fitted kitchen with intergrated fridge/freezer oven and hob. We have painted most of the rooms too but have not got around to carpets yet as wife has MS and she is finding the stairs hard to manage now and we need somewhere without stairs. The rooms are large and with high ceilings ( lovely for chandeliers ). the living room has two large windows one of them a bay. They are on building a new shopping outlet that will rival Bluewater and Thurrock nearby its nearly finished and there are schools of excellence within walking distance. There are lots of yuppies and Tv stars here as it is a much sought after area. There is also a town centre within walking distance and rail links to all parts of London. It is close to Wandsworth common. Lovely neighbours and quiet street...The rent is £112 and includes water rates. It is council with RTB, not many in this street left. The one bedroom underneath us sold privately for £350.000 so anyone with full council discount would make a killing.
We would like a garden flat with no stairs anywhere nice within London or surrounding as I work all over london and can travel in.
