I have a two bedroom end terraced house although the master bedroom is more then big enough to put in a partition as a few of my neighbours have done thus making a 3 bedroom house. Gas central heating. Nice sized kitchen big enough for washing machine cooker fridge/freezer with space left for a possible dishwasher. spacious living room. Nice size hallway I have my tumble dryer in the hall and it doesnt get in the way at all. Large master bedroom big enough for 2 double beds, wardrobes etc. Nice sized front bedroom. The house has been stripped the all rooms are decorated but only the front bedroom and bathroom have carpet/flooring. Every other room has been stripped bare as I was planning on extending and redecorating the whole house. As i am now moving I have decided against getting new carpets etc and as a result it is quite bare but its better for you to move in and give it your own style as apposed to my tastes. Quiet area to live never any trouble. on street parking right outside your front door and two shared drive ways and car park. Close enough to plymouth city centre but before you think oh god no a city my post codes PL2 1JN if you google map it you can see how far out of the town it is. It may be plymouth but being up a huge hill takes you right away from it and its more then far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. There is a huge green/park 2 seconds up the road ideal for children to play or for walking dogs. The moors are a 20 min drive away and the barbican/hoe/waterfront is just 10 minutes in the car all can also be reached by bus.....lots of beaches are all around some being and hour away and others just a 10 mile drive however they are also obtainable by either bus or train it is just easier if you can drive. All in all it is a nice house im only moving as I am transfering university and need to live nearer to it obviously.... the house has so much potential I was going to knock through the airing cupboard and put in a shower cubical and a partition in the master bedroom possibly a downstairs wc and even decking in the garden but alas I cant stay in plymouth so will have to start again somewhere else....Tesco/Asda/Sainsburys etc are all within good distance and a new Marks and Spencer food hall has just opened ten minutes drive away. All age schools are close dotted all around. I think thats it lol anything else just ask pictures are available. if interested email sexylubear@hotmail.co.uk or ring/text 07810503091 thanks

I am looking for...A similar house perhaps a differnt type of property try me....not bothered about bedrooms as long as it has at least two .... needs to have parking I am quite open on areas as long as it is within good distance of London as UCL is the university I am looking at .... decor is not an issue either really .... must be nearish to the local hospital as my son has a heart condition .... must be a quiet area just try me I am fairly open at the moment

Thank you,
Leigh

Are you still looking? I have a 3 bed house about 20 minutes trail journey into central London.
Would you consider me for a 3 way as i am looking for North Devon.

Thanks
