2/3 bed semi in gilthill kimberley

up for exchange is our 2/3 bed semi in gilthill near kimberley, nottinghamshire.
Lovely peaceful area which has everything on your doorstep but is set away from the main towns and cities. The best of both worlds.
It is council with rtb. we have 2 very large double bedrooms, the master bedroom could be divided into 2 rooms as it is huge.
The bathroom has been fully tiled with white and blue mosaic tiles and laminate flooring.
The kitchen has just been fitted with new beech units, new flooring, new wallpaper. stainless steel cooker and hood. Double stainless steel lighting.
We have extended the kitchen by knocking the wall through, and have put in new patio doors leading out onto a decked patio. It is now a very large kitchen/diner.
The front room was redecorated only a month ago. laminate flooring, oak skirting and dado rail. we have replaced the gas fire with a black victorian cast iron fireplace with victorian tiles down the sides, and it is now used as an open fire. finished off with very decorative adams fire surround and mantle mirror. It is a beautiful room.
Large front garden with lawn and flowers and ample room for a driveway, which the council will allow permission for.
Back garden is decked on the lower level, then there is a set of steps up to about another 50ft of garden, which is fully enclosed with new fencing.
we are planning to returf this area after christmas.
we have a primary school about 5 mins away.
comp about 10-15 mins away.
close to next and ikea.
doctors, supermarkets about 10 mins away.
bus stop about 2 mins away.
7 miles into nottingham centre.
We would like a 3 bed property, or consider large 2 bed.
prefer rural but especially looking along lincolnshire, east coast way or derbyshire areas.

Hi,

We have seen your house and wonder if you are interested in ours.

We have a lovely 3 bed house in North Shields, next to Tynemouth.
The house is 5 minutes away from stunning beaches. Non estate.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and a single, a kitchen/diner with plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher, and a good sized lounge. There is also a downstairs loo. The area is lovely and quiet, overlooking a green, with great neighbours.

The house is a 3 minute stroll from the small town centre and there are great major shops and a discount village about 5 - 10 minutes away.

There is a primary school at the back of the house and the senior school is close by.
