I have a two bedroom ground floor flat in Central Guildford located near the A3:-
I have a 22ft front-room
2 double bedrooms both at 13ft by 11ft
I have a galley kitchen and a separate hallway, this flat has GCH and power shower which will be sorely missed, there is no separate garden as most flats don't in central guildford but there are communal gardens where the children in the area play. This area would suit anyone with small children as there are other children here too.......I am situated a 15 minutes walk from the Train station & Shopping centre, 10 min walk from Spectrum Leisure centre and Guildford college is also 5 mins away, I also have Stoke Park & Lido within a very short walking distance (5 mins). With the A3 located within half a mile away from my front door it allows commuting to London and/or Portsmouth, Guildford is also a 30min journey on fast train commutable to London/Waterloo and equally to Portsmouth Harbour.............I am looking to move somewhere more rural and as I drive flat/house really not fussy, a small garden preferred but realistic and not necessary..................anywhere within the Surrey/Middlesex/Hampshire areas as I work in Middlesex.
