Very Happy
We have a 2/bed Shelterd housing-Bungalow to exchange, For any of these, Below.
2/bed House/Mas/Or Bungalow.
No-Flats Considered if on an Estate.
Our Bungalow is very private consisting of 1/dble/bedroom, 1/sgl/bedroom-Hallway-kitchen-Frontroom.
We have 2/ Shed's-Front and back-with full electric's
Front and back gardens with fence all around.part-gravel-slabs-in both gardens.
Own -disabled -parking s-pace-12-15feet from front garden.
Walk-in-shower-with shower-curtain-plus-waist-high- foldaway-exstending-screen. shower room also has the toilet in.
Econemy ( 7 ) heating-all-electic--No gas.
We have an electric-key-meter as well as a water-meter.
Large airing cupboard. Plenty of storage space in loft.
TV arial is in the loft.
We have broadband-and-Free-view.

the bunglow is in a vilage on the outskirts of kingsbridge and is the last bunglow in a small road tq7 3qa but where are you in devon if you would like more info! ring 01548 854438. Laughing

no sorry not interested in gilford nead to be devon s/e/someset dorset for suport had 2 strokes late last year need to be closer to family
