i have a 2 bedroom house in mitcham surrey, we are on a private hosuing association close our house has gch and is double glazed we have our own drive and back garden the neighbour hood is friendly and we are near to shops schools and transport with good links to central london and the coast.
i am in need of a 3 bed house in the following areas only please due to work and family commitments as i have recently had a baby boy and he is sharing with my 9 yr old girl and need the extra room. i need to move out of the mitcham area to be nearer my parents in law as they are both elderly and i do not have any means of transport other than public transport (so sorry no offers from mitcham,colliers wood,croydon or tooting areas please)
**please note we are not part of phipps bridge estate we are completely separate as i have had people ask us before if we are**
