2bed stevenage for 3 bed letchworth

I have a lovely mid terrace 2 bed property in bedwell, stevenage. Close to all amenities and very quiet cul-de-sac.

Due to an expanding family i now need a 3 bed house. I am looking to make a fresh start in letchworth. I would consider little wymondley. I would like to have a seperate inning room but i'm not too fussed.

I have been living in my house for 3yrs now. The council fitted a new kitchen when we moved in, and i fitted a new bathroom suite within the first 6mths on moving in. Ever room is nicely decorated. It has a seperate toilet and bathroom upstaris and 2 double bedrroms. A very large ladning and a nice sized hallway. It is a kitchen diner. The garden is of a nice size. Mainly turfed. I have done a lot of work in this house since i moved in and i will be sad to leave it all behind. I just need somewhere bigger.
