I have a three bedroom three storey house with garage attached to house. We have a newly fitted bathroom on the top floor of the house also on the top floor is a double bedroom and a single room which we use as a nursery at the moment. On the middle floor is a double bedroom and a living room both are a good size with large windows so lots of light. On the ground floor we have a newly fitted kitchen and a downstairs toilet.newly fitted carpet on the hall stairs and landing which has been newly decorated. We have a good sized back garden and a good sized front porch area. We have GCH. We are looking for a three to four bed property any area considered but would like a good sized garden.

We have a three bed house, if you would consider any area is this any good?
The garden out the back is about 12 feet by 10 feet, all concreted except for a little at the bottom which was done by the last tenants to make the garden in to a patio. It is good for children to ride their bikes on and play on but it is up to you what you do if you wish to pull up the slabs. There are two out houses cum concrete sheds one is about four feet by six and the other is about 3ft squared.
The house is semi detached and has an entry down the side into the garden.
The front garden is again fully concreted by the last tenants who used it as a drive way for their car. It is raised up a little at the front and the path runs under the window in front of it.
Inside the house there is the entrance hall which is narrow and six foot long, the stairs lead straight up from the front door.
To the right there is the lounge room which is about 10 X 9, it can be converted into an open plan lounge combined with the dining room but we have chosen to seperate it due to the fact we use the dining room as a fourth bedroom. If you choose to use it as a dining room it is of an adequate size for a dining room.
There is a long slim kitchen, which is about 5 feet wide and 11 feet long with an under stairs storage... this contains the electrical meter and the fuse box.
Upstairs there is the bathroom which is a good size with a good bath and sink and a toilet. It has been lamenated on the floor. We will be leaving the lamenated floor here. If you wish to pull it up... it is to your taste, feel free... we put it down for convenience as the kids have a habit of wetting the carpets when they are playing in the bath.
First bedroom is a large bedroom, double bedroom, 9 X 7, the second is a smaller room about 9 X 6, this houses the airing cupboard and the double wardrobe unit will be left in there if you would like it as we do not wish to take this with us, mainly because we have no idea how it comes down and goes back up again. It still is in immaculate condition.
The last room is a box room, my daughter currently uses this room it is big enough for her needs, she has a bed in it and her wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In this room there is also a cupboard which is of a very large size.... it looks like before the central heating was replaced this was used as an aring cupboard. It has a large storage capacity... can be removed if reqired. Makes for an excellent toy cupoard.
There are local amenities near by... if you look on google earth for sunbury green you can see the surrounding area of our house.
There is an excellent bus route here there is a bus about every five minutes which includes a bus to Tesco and into town and to the other side of leicester where there is a big shopping centre.
There are three schools in the local vicinity... the best in my opinion is Willowbrooke Primary, it has an excellent reputation and the teachers and the head master at the school are amazing. There is nothing the head will not do for the parents of his children. He is a very hands on head teacher. My children have progressed more at this school than ever they did at any other school.
There are local shops here including co-op, (although I would advise you use tesco for shopping as co-op here tends to be expensive... lol), there is a local hardware store, green grocers, paper shop, optitians, bookies, council office, and a chemist. Just a ten minutes bus ride away is the uppingham road shops which is like a small town,.. there is almost everything you could want there including wilkinsons, iceland, small shops, furniture shops, electrical shops etc. There is the famous golden mile near by too, melton road. This is a well known area which is a high cultural place to shop and visit... you have shops there from all over the world and at very good prices too. |
