Modern 3 year old 3 bed terrace house, not on estate, row consists of 5 houses and 4 flats, large private parking area, small low maintenance fenced in garden with large shed, 2 double bedrooms and 1 good size single, bathroom, lounge, downstairs loo, large kitchen with dining area.

Looking to exchange to 3 bed rural/village in S/W Dorset - South Somerset.
